Name: Natalya Arlovskaya
Country/ Code Name: Belarus
Age: 19
Gender: Female
Affiliation: Military
Ship Positions: Transfer from Cyrillic States- no position assigned as of yet
Likes: Ivan, bladed weapons, the occult
Dislikes: weakness (in herself), failure, hindrances
Job Skills: Target Pursual; Weapons Combat; Stealth; Force Recon
Personality and short background:
Personality- Cold and stoic on the outside with an intimidating air, Natalya has a very straightforward outlook, and is always to-the-point, working hard to get her goals accomplished, letting her actions and knives do all the talking for her. The inside isn't much different, but at the core of things, she's really just a simple person who doesn't like to overcomplicate or overthink things. It's difficult to gain her trust, but once she accepts someone as a comrade, she will show her loyalty fiercely, not afraid of getting her hands dirty for the sake of that person.
Background- The youngest child of three, her family living in the Cyrillic states were very poor, and because of that, she was separated from her siblings at a young age to cut costs. Most of her memories at that point consisted of her older brother Ivan. But because she doesn't remember many actual facts about him, she grew to have a very warped and overly-glorified vision of him, envisioning him as some kind of heroic, fairy-tale prince-like figure.
She believed that by reuniting with her brother and being with him forever, she could attain true happiness. Since she didn't have much skill in domestic duties, Natalya enlisted in the military, discovering skills in combat, and isn't often seen without at least one knife on her person. Not having any luck with finding her brother in the Cyrillic states, she transferred over to the Heta Empire Airmen Corps, hoping to find some trace of him there.
Natalya has a mechanical left leg due to an accident she was caught in. Instead of waiting for a recovery, she went for a complete replacement instead, feeling that waiting for it to heal naturally was a waste of time compared to using the accident to her advantage. Starting from mid-thigh all the way down, it's used primarily as a storage space for weapons ready for use in a fight.
(( This is a reference to the Chernobyl Disaster, and will be expanded upon the arrival of a Ukraine. ))
RP sample:
Londinium. It conjured up so many words to mind, but one that stood out was 'disappointing'.
Since coming here, Natalya couldn't truthfully say that it had been a negative experience. Obviously, her dear brother had yet to be found, seeing as the one lead she had on him had turned out to be a dead end, and since then, nothing else had sprung up. It was depressingly frustrating. It had been so many years of virtually nothing, after all. And still, she was running after him. Ivan seemed almost like a ghost now. People left tracks, signs that they had been at a location, and even after so much experience with pursuing assigned targets, she still couldn't find the person she had assigned herself to track down.
There were several times when she had been in this city, and she had felt so close to finding him. That feeling was the only thing that really kept Natalya going forward at this point. She hated herself for feeling tired at this game. At one point, she almost hated Ivan for making it so hard to find him. But it wasn't his fault--none of this was his fault. If she couldn't find him, then she wasn't worthy to meet him. It sounded like a horribly self-destructive mindset, but it kept her going. And if it kept her going, then there was no reason to abandon it.
